房間裝修的很高檔，位置很好，交通便利，出差和旅行的首選，服務也是沒得説。

Very bad experience, personal items were missing from the room When I returned to the hotel the next day, I found that the shopping bag I bought on the first day was missing in the room. After contacting the hotel many times, the staff replied that they had not seen or found our shopping bags. Back in Hong Kong, I would like to thank Trip.com customer service for their help in calling the hotel. If there is no reasonable explanation, we will call the police and the hotel will reply and find the shopping bag. Later, when I asked the hotel to tell me how I found the shopping bag, the hotel manager pointed out that the shopping bag was always next to the window of the room. This was different from the previous reply from the hotel staff. We searched for several days and couldn't find it in the entire room. They found the missing shopping bag in the room after returning to Hong Kong. This explanation is very unreasonable. Manager Taku Inoue replied via email: If you feel better, please complain to the Japan Tourism Association. The manager Taku Inoue also has a very irresponsible and uncooperative attitude.  I have never had these experiences in Japan many times, so I highly do not recommend this hotel! BAG LOSING during our stay. We found a bag losing in the second day after we back to hotel. We have asked for help for the rest of days during stay. Staff rejected to watch CCTV and only replied didn’t see any bag of us. But then, when we back to Hong Kong, we asked for trip.com (agency of hotel booking), hotel immediately replied they had found our bag. Hotel said the bag was behind the curtain for three days. This answer was NOT match with what they said before. Since we have checked carefully, and ENSURE that didn’t find anything behind the curtain. The hotel manager Taku Inoue is irresponsible and told us to report to JNTO if feel better. There’s nothing to do with hotel. Their attitude was very bad. Highly NOT recommended this hotel. It’s a big change to lose your belongings in hotel room but nothing to do with hotel. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE of hotel stay!

整潔但設施不足

It's a very good hotel. I chose the all-glass corner room. Simply speaking, the mattress is the best of "Simmons". It's also very close to Shinsaibashi on foot. The 7-11 across the road closes at about 12 o'clock, but There is a family mart 2-3 minutes walk behind the hotel that operates 24 hours a day. It is also a few minutes away from the metro. The hotel is very quiet and most of the people staying there are Westerners.

I always stay here when I come to Osaka. The facilities were very clean, and it was more spacious than other hotels. The staff were friendly and nice!

You will receive a traditional Chinese instruction when you check in, which is very considerate. The bathtub is big enough and not slippery so you won't slip or fall. The breakfast is very rich, and there is already a long queue since 7:00. The public space on 2/F is very spacious and has enough free drinks.
