BAG LOSING during our stay.
We found a bag losing in the second day after we back to hotel. We have asked for help for the rest of days during stay. Staff rejected to watch CCTV and only replied didn’t see any bag of us.
But then, when we back to Hong Kong, we asked for trip.com (agency of hotel booking), hotel immediately replied they had found our bag. Hotel said the bag was behind the curtain for three days. This answer was NOT match with what they said before.
Since we have checked carefully, and ENSURE that didn’t find anything behind the curtain.
The hotel manager Taku Inoue is irresponsible and told us to report to JNTO if feel better. There’s nothing to do with hotel. Their attitude was very bad.
Highly NOT recommended this hotel.
It’s a big change to lose your belongings in hotel room but nothing to do with hotel.
