酒店設計有日本傳統感覺的同時，亦很有現代感。員工態度不錯，英語能基本溝通。房間比較小，本身預訂了19平的那款房間，但好像分配了18平的那款給我，無論如何面積都實在太少了，最後加錢升級。升級後的房間，廁所垃圾桶有上一位客人的垃圾，告訴前台職員，很快就有人處理。最大的房型（23平）可以把兩個行李箱打開，可以接受。如果和小朋友來，建議預訂最大房間。地下的大浴池溫泉，雖然小，但也不錯。因為酒店在兩個車站中間，說起來也算方便，但如果下雨，就有點麻煩。整體感覺還好，以這個價位來說，滿意。

和爸媽出行，訂的三人間，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，設施和衞生還是不錯的，樓下有泡湯，坐落在大阪cbd區域，附近比較安靜，出行地鐵也很方便

位置很好，去哪裡都很方便的。
但酒店房間的大小和設施都比較一般，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，但這個價格是偏貴的（可能是因為是度假高峯期吧），牙具居然要在樓下拿這一點實在讓人驚訝。
不過酒店也提供了公共温泉和額外的身體乳等免費的服務。
