I stayed here on the last day of Golden Week to go to Universal Studios Japan.
It was convenient because there was an affiliated parking lot, a convenience store, and a restaurant nearby.
It was nice that the key was a number input instead of a card, which reduced the amount of luggage I had to carry. The cheerful service of the front desk staff, the cleanliness, and the free all-you-can-drink coffee were also good. I was very satisfied because I was able to stay there for a very cheap price that day.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip.
There was no hot water coming out of the shower, so I asked the staff and they told me that there had been electrical repair work done a few days ago and that there was a room where it was difficult to get hot water, so if I left the shower running for about 10 minutes, the water would be hot.
In that case, if they had made an announcement at check-in, I could have taken a 10-minute shower from the beginning and never felt cold.
This response felt very clerical and lacked hospitality from the staff.
The location is good and the hotel is new, so I wanted to stay there again, but I don't think I will stay there again.

The room was neat and clean. Even if the room cleaning time was missed, replacement towels and drinking water were left outside the room, which was very considerate. The location is close to Osaka Castle and the park, very comfortable hotel.

It feels great. This is the largest room I have ever stayed in Japan with tatami mats and twin beds. The self-service laundry is a bit awkward. It is ok. It is very close to Osaka Pavilion, but smoking is very inconvenient.

The free coffee provided in the hotel lobby is delicious, the room is very new and clean, and it is very quiet at night. The quality of the breakfast is good, but the order must be placed in the restaurant before 9:30 in the morning. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Osaka.
