The room looked new and was very clean. There was a floor with a microwave and vending machines, which was very convenient. It was also nice that the front desk was open 24 hours a day.

Reserved for one night It's a single bed. It must have been a five foot bed. The size is just right for two people to sleep comfortably. There's space to easily open your bags. A small bathroom. But it works fine. There is free coffee available. Check-out day You can leave your bag. Very close to Kuromon Market.

It's close to Denden Town and the location is great for taking the limited express train Rapifit to the airport on the last day of the trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast ^^

The hotel is a little far away from Namba station.
The room is very small, but still able to have luggage rack and desk for make up.

Travellers need to know the Sustainable policy of the hotel and be prepared. No clean up of rooms until day 8 if stay is longer than that. Tooth brush and paste provision at JPY150. Clear used towels and trash from room to external of room and collect new towels from front desk.

Due to the SDGs, there were no plastic toothbrushes or other amenities at all. I bought a bamboo toothbrush and comb for 150 yen each, but there were no other amenities, coffee, teabags, or even a single bottle of free mineral water. It's not very good for a service that doesn't even have a laundry bag. I don't know if I missed that information at the reservation stage, but if I had known in advance I would have brought my own stuff. For me, the cost performance was not that good, and I didn't think it was a hotel I could recommend. The breakfast wasn't particularly good or bad either, I thought it was about what it was for the price.
