Everything else is good except that the final check-out is a bit inconvenient for foreigners. After all, it is handled by voice assistant.

It was clean and nice. When it took a while to check in, the staff kindly explained the check-in procedure to me through the smart speaker, which was very helpful.

The room is clean and well-equipped. However, the shower water is cold. Contactless front desk. The door and room codes are communicated via email.

There is a password at the front door I didn't receive an e-mail at check-in, so I waited outside in the heat. Missing the e-mail explained... I don't understand When someone opens the door, follow them and check in. They don't even answer emails, it's very bad

酒店很新，接待大廳雖小，但很有特色。有人員遙距協助辦理自助入住，酒店會透過電郵發給你大門進門密碼、房間號碼和密碼，非常方便，不用帶匙卡。房間很大，非常清潔。便利店就在2分鐘步行範圍。酒店距離地鐵站和電鐵站15分鐘內的步行時間。出行算方便。

The property was spacious with two double beds however there was hair left in the shower which you have to let run for three minutes before the hot water works.

The hotel room size is perfect. Nice spacious room. The bathroom was really nice. The neighborhood is really quiet but it is still close enough to stuff to do. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to most train stations. Check in and check out was super smooth.

It was very clean and comfortable. I had a great time at the end of the year party with my friends. However, it was unfortunate that the TV didn't work and the floor was cold.

The facilities were good, the room was clean, everything was good, and the best thing was that there was no separate card key, so there was no need to fight with friends over the card key, and the air conditioner continued to run even when I left the room, so even if I briefly went to the convenience store or laundromat, the room was cool. The counter is unmanned, but you can talk to the staff through the speaker in front. (There are even Korean staff!) Please note that there are several identical hotels in Namba, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Great accommodation, it would be even better if switchboard service could be provided

The room is large, there is enough space to put items and rest, and there are a lot of electric switches; it is a bit quiet nearby

Both the exterior and interior were beautiful, and the entrance and the room were both auto-locking, so I felt very safe. I was a little worried because it was my first time to use an unmanned hotel, I was very pleased with how they kindly informed me over the phone. There was a kitchen in the room. I had a very comfortable time, so I will use it again.
