Hotel Vine Osaka Kitahama

The service attitude is good, but the hygiene is not so good. Also, a strange thing happened. I am used to turning off the lights and turning on the TV when I sleep in a hotel at night. But in this hotel, there were a few nights when the TV turned off by itself in the middle of the night. There was also a night when a light that was clearly turned off turned on by itself in the middle of the night😅😅….. When my family members who were traveling with me found out, they were so scared that they told me to pretend nothing happened for those few days and talk about it when I returned home. As a result, although I was very curious during those days whether it was a problem with the hotel equipment or if there was really something unclean, I couldn’t find out clearly from the hotel staff in time. So I would like to comment here. If any guests have encountered similar things or if the hotel staff knows what went wrong, can you tell me? I’m really curious😂😂😂

The rooms and staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was open, there were plenty of seats, and drinks were all you could drink.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel! Very close to Kitahama subway station, there are many convenience stores around, as well as Sukiya and ramen restaurants! Surrounded by companies, the environment is simple and the staff is not complicated. I go out early and come back late every day like office workers. I can slowly experience the life in Japan. There is Keihan Railway to Kyoto, and it is also convenient to go to Nara. You can walk leisurely to Osaka Castle, and it is not far to take a bus to Umeda. A hotel worth recommending 👍

The space was small to spread out two suitcases, but the bed was cozy! There was a person in the lobby who could speak Korean, so communication was easy and he was very friendly😁

It's a bit difficult to open the suitcase when two people stay in the room. Other than that, the experience is very good. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle and easy to talk to. I had a lot of fun and will stay here again next time.

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. It is especially convenient because guidance in Korean is also available. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety either It's nice that it can be solved easily.
