Very clean and convenient, but have to do check in in website, no lobby staff, will stay again

The hotel has a convenient location and sufficient rooms. It is a bit more expensive than other hotels of the same type. However, since the hotel is fully booked nearby, it is overall very good. I will go there again next time.

Oh my God, the staff can speak Japanese, English and Korean. You can enter by pressing the front door authentication number received by email before check-in. When you enter, check in the QR next to it, If you wait for a while, the monitor in front turns on and an employee comes out. And first, ask if you have checked in the QR next to you in English, and then we will inform you of the hotel “number and password” by email (written in the qr check-in). Smoking is on the 8th and 3rd floors, but you can smoke at the emergency stairs. The scenery is pretty. What a view.. During the day, the office is right in front of you, so you can watch them work..

I never leave reviews, but this experience was extremely bad😠The room is full of traces left by previous guests! I really don’t know how to adjust the TV, so I just read the manual and said it would be fine (although someone came to do it later). There are only two chairs in the house where three people live. I asked them for one more but they said they didn’t have it. I was really speechless! difference difference difference

Well, once As soon as I arrived, I was confused. no people... QR is written in English and Japanese next to it. Do you write it sensibly with Japanese manion jjamba? I can hear slurred Japanese speech through a small speaker like a microphone. (He seems to speak English better than Japanese) After talking like that, I checked in and received an email. Get a password, go up to the lake ✔️ Accommodation is clean and large ✔️ There is no TV, there is a projector beam (with Netflix) ✔️ The inside of the accommodation is almost the same as the photo ✔️Washing machine available ✔️Toilet, bathtub and sink are all separate ✔️ It was convenient because it had a microwave ✔️ Disadvantages There is some noise between floors (not too bad!!) I didn't really care because I wasn't at the dorm except when I was sleeping anyway ✔️Transportation → Nearby Tomita Kyukatsu, Near the 2nd floor of the red letter signboard (5 minutes away) Figure Street Tenten Tower is very close (within 5 minutes) Namba Station (5 minutes). Dotonbori (within 10 minutes) ↓↓↓ We were so embarrassed because it was our first time in a place like this. Please don't go through difficulties like us. I wrote one on each picture. The hotel room is very good, it is worth going back again. And it is very close to Nihonbashi Toy Street, and it is very convenient to go to the Kuromon Market. It is about ten minutes away from the Nankai Railway. It is very likely to go back again.

There are many convenient facilities, so I don't have any problems. The room was very clean and I had a wonderful time.

Yes it looks a little shady to a foreigner but for ease to get to the station for Universal Studios, it's way convenient. FYI it's technically not 'manned' by a person so keep an eye on your email as it'll give you instructions on how to get into the building. The room was great although it took a little while to get warm.
