房間大得很，但沒有客服櫃位，只可靠電郵同他們連上。所有野都自助，家中設備完善，可自己煮東西吃，非常方便。

公寓面積在日本算大的，尤其適合三口之家。周邊方便，步行3分鐘到大超市，5分鐘到地鐵站，10分鐘到難波商區。設施完善，可以做飯，還可去中心店吃早餐！

アパートメントタイプで各階に1部屋で、誰とも接することなく過ごせました。部屋の清掃は、行き届いていたものの、浴槽だけは、もう少ししっかりと洗っておいて欲しかったです。
私は喫煙者ですが、各階の非常階段に灰皿があり、大変便利でした。場所は、難波駅と大国駅の中間くらいです。どちらからも歩いて行けますが、夜中に外が少し騒がしかったです。
チェックインに少し戸惑いましたが、親切に対応頂きリピート有りです。

Not sold on check in procedure, QR code part is ok just not the talking to someone over the speaker. Hard to understand. Place was awesome after I figured out the room. Obviously different country everything is in different language. Google translate helps tremendously. Alot of space in room lots of outlets small beds but all beds are small in Japan recommend maybe bigger blankets at least for taller guests. Walking distance from train station and to major shopping district free buffet breakfast at central location which is about a 2 minute walk..no real complaints will stay again 5 stars

乳児がおり、電子レンジや洗い物のためのシンクが欲しいことと、２部屋あるため眠りの邪魔が少ないことから選ばせてもらいました。清掃が甘いところ(洗面台の排水溝が前の人の髪の毛でつまりやすいなど)もありましたが、快適に過ごさせてもらいました！また機会があれば使わせてもらいたいです！
