Although the location is excellent, if the subway is stopped, you cannot go directly from No. 13 to the hotel upstairs. You have to walk from the street and find the building. It is not easy to find the building because there is no obvious store name outside.

Self-service check-in is directly available on the 3rd floor from Exit 13 of Namba. Free hot water and coffee are available from 7 to 10 o'clock every day!
