-Upon arrival we were met by the lovely Front desk people They are all accomodating and speak very good English specially for us foreigner in Japan.
-Love the complimentary water on the front desk
-The room is very big, clean and the aircon is really good.
-We would love to visit osaka again and definitely will book again in this hotel. Worth every money spent.
