Lovely hotel hotel in a prime position.The cleaning staff kept the rooms immaculate. The front counter in my opinion a little frosty I had a little problem they just were not interested in offering me any advice Beautiful resteraunt lovely food and realistically priced.A very nice stay thou.

Great Location- right in the central of shinshaibashi.
Not a fancy hotel and the outside street can be bit messy with all the clubs n bars and people smoking.
But overall room is clean and quiet. Window can be open for fresh air this is bonus.
Room lighting is dark and fridge is not cold.

Staff not helpful in assisting with storing our baggage. Common storage area for the luggage. Albeit with padlock but how safe is that? Anyone can walk in and out. They could simply break into the bagpack or zipped tote bag. Hotel has a smell. The location was awesome, it is very near the shopping area (the pic with dragon) has awesome noodles with broth.

The Holiday Inn Osaka Namba was an excellent choice for my trip!
I was so impressed with the location. It's absolutely perfect for exploring Osaka, as it is just steps away from the heart of Dotonbori and surrounded by major shopping areas. Being able to step out and immediately be in the middle of the action—from famous food stalls to department stores—made the entire trip so convenient.
Furthermore, the hotel itself was wonderfully clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and the room provided a comfortable and quiet retreat after busy days of sightseeing.

Extremely good location. Walking distance to 24 hour Don Quixote and multiple convenience stores. Can be slightly noisy at night if on lower levels.

Convenient location however I too crowded. This hotel used to have car park, now no more. The room is way smaller than before. Terrible breakfast, the first day everything gone nit adding more. Today, there has a hair in the food.
