Hotel Route-Inn Osaka Honmachi Reviews

Probably one of the worst Hotels in Osaka, maybe the worst in all of Japan. I never experienced such bad conditions and service before. Usually I am impressed by the good manners and service in Japan. But here it's completely different. It was also impossible to reach the reception desk or talk to someone in charge. Maybe it's because they don't like foreigners or maybe their service is just that bad always. Despite a cancellation of my room was not possible, I stayed in another hotel.

The location was conveniently located about a 3mins walk away from the train station. The hotel staff was friendly. Although the room looks a bit old, it is clean and tidy. There are convenience stores nearby the hotel too.

Enjoy my stay here. The free breakfast is good. The public bath is acceptable. But better avoid peak hours, it is quite small. Staff are nice.

Walking distance from exit 1 of Awaza station takes around 2 mins, the room is clean and tidy and the toilet clean too. The staff in the hotel are friendly and provide good service.

The room is very clean, the front desk has Chinese service, and there is a free hot spring on the 14th floor. The best thing is that the hotel is about 100 meters away from Exit 1 of the Awaza subway station. You can see the hotel as soon as you come out! No need to find it at all. The izakaya seafood counter next to the hotel (about 50 meters away) is highly recommended. The breakfast is delicious

It's close to the station and there's a convenience store, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. The seasonal flowers in the lobby were beautiful, and I was really happy that there was a large public bath.

The service has a warm smile. There is a large bath upstairs. The breakfast is OK and I met ****. The hotel is slightly depreciated. There are only about four canteens nearby. Convenience stores are available 24 hours a day. There are welcome drinks in the lobby.

It's a little far from the station, but overall it's a good hotel. It's a shame that breakfast finishes a little early, at 9am, and there isn't a wide variety of options.

The double room I stayed in this time was a little small, but the toiletries were complete. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but there was a large bathhouse on the 14th floor, free of charge. I didn't go there this time. It was very close to Xinsaibashi, a 20-minute walk away.

Although it is not new, it is still a good place to stay. I took a bath every day. I had a good breakfast every day, which saved me from having to find a place to eat at noon. I stayed there for five days.

It is convenient for business travelers, with easy access and convenience stores and stations nearby. I think it has an advantage over other hotels in terms of the large public bath and breakfast.

I have never stayed in such a wealthy house in Japan. I originally booked a room with a double bed, but I didn't expect to be given a room with three beds. It felt like a waste. Their breakfast was the best I had during this trip. Rice, ham sausage, eggs, salad, miso soup, a very formal hotel. It's basically full. There is also a public hot spring on the 14th floor. There are vending machines on every floor, which is very satisfying.

Cozy, the food varied and pleasant; the cost of the establishment is very expensive; I paid 120 dollars per night, but that should be included in the hotel service.

Fee. The room was perfect, but at check-in. I have some doubts about the attitude of the front desk. It was nice to have automatic check-in.
