The service was good for the price.

Very basic hotel with basic amenities provided but it is in a good location for access to the sites of Osaka. Walls were thin and could hear lots of noise from other rooms. You get what you pay for with the price and in that location, would recommend for a short stoppver.

After the renovation, luggage storage will cost 500 per box. When I checked in this time, someone mistakenly triggered the fire alarm late one night. It took a minute for the announcement to come out, and it was only in Japanese. It was not three languages that took turns to explain the situation. I barely understood it and didn't panic, but I still didn't feel confident going downstairs. After taking a look, a neighbor’s little brother came out in his pajamas dragging all his belongings. Other foreign residents complained about the language problem at the front desk. The front desk later explained that the broadcast was in English, but it was still not available in Chinese, Japanese and English. As a receptionist For international travelers to the hotel, this is basic common sense and should not happen, hope it can be improved.
