The hotel is close to Umeda and not far from the subway. The most important thing is that it is close to Osaka Castle and provides breakfast. It is very good. The room is relatively clean and tidy. チェックインしてすぐ、冷蔵庫には前の人の
食べ物、飲み物はそのまま、
テーブルの下の奥の方には使ってない割り箸が、落ちてました。とても不快でした。
割り箸の件はもう使用前の物だったのでフロントにも伝えてないが、こんな事は初めてでとてもびっくりした。他にも掃除されてないのかと疑ってしまう。
帰りにもすみませんの一言もなし。
色々な東横イングループは利用してるが、
ここは1番不快だった。
