The location is very good, but next to the entertainment district. However, it wasn't very noisy or anything.
It seems impossible to leave your luggage before or after check-in.
Cleanliness is not that good, but considering the price, it is reasonable.

A hotel located in the downtown area of Doyama on the east side of Umeda Station. Please be aware that the surrounding environment and public safety are not always good. The front desk is not open 24 hours, and the room key is a PIN code rather than a physical key. They will give you a piece of paper with a number written on it when you check in.

Great location for drinking. If you don't mind staying without meals, I don't think there's a problem.
Note that there is no auto-lock
It's in the middle of a bar district, so you can hear strange voices until dawn, and the crows are loud in the morning, but I hope you don't mind that.
