お盆に利用。
スリッパが少し汚く、裸足で生活していた。
部屋に洗濯機があり、徒歩１０分以内にコンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアがある。
延泊の対応もラインでできたため、非常に便利だった。

租的房子還沒交付，臨時在這裡住了23天，很舒適。交通房間，周邊生活設施便捷。超市藥妝都有，騎單車三公里商圈十分齊全解決衣食住行。

総合的には満足です。チェックイン方法の連絡が届いていませんでしたが、連絡したらすぐ返事を頂けました。駅からも近くスーパーや飲食店もあり、観光地に行くにもアクセスが便利でした。住宅街なので静かですし、洗濯機もあり、施設もまだ新しく快適でした。
残念だった点がひとつ、掃除がいきとどいていなかったことです。洗面所と浴室の、換気扇にたまったホコリ、換気扇を回したらホコリが落ちてきそうで使いませんでした。浴室の縁のオレンジカビ、ドライヤーの吹き出し口のホコリも気になりました。せっかく綺麗な設備なのに、もったいないなと感じました。ベッドリネンやタオルは綺麗で問題ありませんでしたので、上記が改善されればコスパも良くパーフェクトだと思います。
あと、民泊はよく利用していますが、宿泊者全員（子供も）の身分証をチェックイン時に登録するのは初めてでちょっと抵抗がありました。
