There was no one at the front desk ㅠㅠ I couldn't rent an umbrella so I bought one ㅠㅠ Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything! This is great. It was so good that I would stay there again when I come to Osaka!

It's a bit far from Namba Station, but it was nice to have Denden Town and a place full of izakayas just south of it.
The room was very clean and much nicer than a typical hotel.

This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating.
The only thing is that the link on the website for direction leads you to the place next door instead of here. The real name of this place is Pier Grace Kozu, despite the booking being for PG Kuromon so be careful about that.
