Very convenient location, easy walk to the shops and restaurants the rooms are small but very clean with all the necessary amenities. Staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Bad review!! I was given a stained pillow. The hotel was not cleaned properly. There was dust in many corners. I stayed for three days and the room was cleaned only by changing towels. The only good thing was that the front desk service was in Mandarin. Maybe there were more Chinese business, so they didn't even clean seriously. I don't recommend it at all.

The room is small but hygienic. The breakfast is Western food which is not bad, but eating it a few times is enough. The most important thing is that it is very close to the bustling areas of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

Hotel location is very good and easy to find. It is very close to the busy center and train / railway station. The room is a bit small. Morning breakfast place is also small.
