The front desk is self-service, so it's easy, but I was confused when checking in, didn't know the number to enter the room, and didn't answer when I called, so I panicked. When checking in/out, you use a tablet. It was unmanned and it was an apartment-style hotel, so there was no cleaning service, so you had to clean it yourself. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner were provided. The location was close to the station and good. It was nice that they responded quickly and kindly when I inquired on line.

I used this hotel to attend a live show, and as it was only a 5-minute walk to Kyocera Dome I was able to relax until the time came, and there was also an Aeon Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby so I had a comfortable stay.
The room was generally clean, but I felt a little uncomfortable seeing hair from the previous guest left on the pillows, cushions, sofa etc, so I think it would be good if they cleaned it thoroughly or provided a lint roller!
However, there was also basic kitchen utensils so I could cook, so it was a great place to stay.

A very unique suite. Almost too many amenities in such a small space. Not sure about the whole separate bath/shower - with the compact nature of the suite I would have gone with one or the other, freeing up room for other things.
