酒店位置很好，南森町地鐵2號口上來就是，酒店一層有個人氣很旺的麪包店，咖啡好喝，提拉米蘇也很棒，旁邊就是7-11；酒店對面是個中型超市，本地人很多，超市內吃喝都很全面，配套確實很方便；去心齋橋、梅田距離也都很合適。
因為衹住了兩天，酒店服務感受不多，房間打掃的工作人員每次碰到都會很禮貌的打招呼，但前台確實談不上熱情，衹能説負責且疏離，多一句都不會説，也沒笑臉。最後一天我們提前告知了會延遲退房，並按照規定價格提前繳納了延遲退房費，但真正辦理退房的時候卻還是被告知需要補交，我説明瞭後，前台馬上回復那您可以離開了，都沒有查看一下，讓我覺得這錢付沒付的好像也沒多重要？
除此之外，其他感受還好，早餐算不上多豐盛，但結合放假，性價比還可以。

衞生乾淨。拎包入住，卸粧，洗臉，面膜。應有盡有。床的面積也大。房間的面積也大。在日本這樣的酒店是比較少見的。外國人比較多。

交通:南森町地鐵口，出站就是酒店，無縫銜接。
衞生:很乾凈，很滿意
設施:酒店整體感覺比較新。
餐飲:早餐不錯，日本大米都比較可口。

乾淨衛生，位置還可以。但是床非常硬，轉身還能聽到床的聲音…睡得不好，而且隔音差，早上聽到車聲，早餐也非常一般。
