Smoky, fluffy smell from hallway all the way to the room, we gone as well you do with sprays, window open, nothing helps…

the rooms are terribly dirty.they wont clean your room even if you have 2different reservations.super old property.

Location is good. Near to Namba station. About 5 minutes walk to Namba station. Upon checking in, was informed no cleaning services available. So our 7 nights of stay is without cleaning the room. Breakfast is simple but I like their mornings breakfast. Love their raisins bread, hard boil eggs & the mashed potatoes with carrot. Toilet bidet is not working at all. No issues to us. We were able to check in upon arrival at about 10 am. Will stay again when coming to Osaka again.

Great location, nice staff and it was really easy for me to book one night because I missed the last train to Kyoto. The room I stayed in looked a bit old and run-down compared to other business hotels in Japan, but it was a good deal for the price, and the location in general is just very nice for people who like to be in the middle of the city!

Need to leave key at the desk. The facility is very old. But the price is reasonable.

Good location, good counter service hotel. The only thing to improve is in the early morning is noise outside the door. Maybe the cleaning staff make it, I donot know. Will book it next time.

Only the location is very convenient and very close to Namba and Dotonbori, but the thick quilt is not wrapped in a white thin sheet. It should not be washed often, so the quilt has a smell, and because the hotel is relatively old, there are bugs...

I came in mid-June 2024. There was no air conditioning in the room, it was natural wind. The hotel staff said the temperature did not exceed 28 degrees. The hotel had no air conditioning, the room was very stuffy and I felt uncomfortable.

The location is great and the price is great value. 1) Breakfast is free so don’t expect too much. 2) There is basically a fee to watch the programs on TV, but these days it is rare to watch them. 3) The hotel has a certain age, so the bathroom feels dilapidated, but the hygiene is completely acceptable. 4) There is a luggage storage service. I will stay here next time I come to Osaka because the location is so convenient that I don’t have to worry about food. There are stations in front, back, left, and right, and there are attractions in every direction.

An old hotel with a simple breakfast of bread every day. It is very close to Namba Station. If you don't pursue facilities, it will be very convenient to stay here. If you pursue comfort, it will feel old and small.

The hotel is very close to Kuromon Market in Sennichimae, and the transportation is convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel room is very dirty, and there are unknown things sticky on the chairs. The room was very tidy. I was traveling alone and met my needs. The service was also very good and enthusiastic. A front desk guy who could speak Chinese took the initiative to provide me with medicine when I had gastroenteritis on the day I checked out. I was really touched.
