Nice hotel, staff very friendly! Restaurant need to walk few mins. High floor & nice view

We love this hotel, they tried their best to accommodate our booking request.

I went on a three night trip with my younger sister to Osaka. Everything about the hotel was grear, with the exception of the breakfast at the Japanese restaurant. With a prefix single food option, it was hard to eat the same food over and over again over several days. Otherwise, the room condition, the location, and the hospitality from the staff were all great. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel during your Osaka stay.

Not a very satisifed experience with Hankyu International. The hotel is located in a business building for about 6 mins walking from the metro station of Nakatsu. You can find the Lawson and Familymart from north/south entrance of the building which is convenient. Here comes the cons: 1. The hotel does not provide body lotion, but strange enough, it provides 4 types of hair relatred treament liquid, how on earth a hotel provide 4 types of hair liquid but no body lotion. 2. Breakfast located in 25th floor, the skyview of Osaka is defenitely a hightlight but the food destroied everything. A 5-star hotel breakfast (cost 3900 Yan) serve you for: two eggs, two sasuage, 1 glass of juice and a small dish of salad and a bread, that's all. However the service looks like a sort of art performance, but they can never make it correct. I stayed for 3 nights and all 3 breakfast can not served as requested. By the way, if you'd like to have more eggs, an extra egg dish will cost 1100 Yan. 3. The hotel seems has no standard for late check-out. I asked for a late check-out for 60 mins, the reception pull a paper and write down a 3,000 indicates for extra charge. I begged if I can have a 30 mins late check out the reception shake his had and point the 3,000 number again, then a manager-like girl slowly walked to his said and give him a very slight gesture then suddenly the guy says ok. Not decent at all. Funny enough, while I was packing my stuff in the room at about 12:10, the phone rings and says I have to check out at 12 PM otherwise there will be extra charge. Question mark? 4. Although the hotel named itself as "International", it turns out very they can barely speak English. 5. Swinmming pool rquires for extra charge! Trip.com should consider this hotel as No swming pool! It's actually in the business building, not in the hotel!

Slightly far from the station, but don’t have much ti complain about. Clean room, good service, great view. Great place to stay in umeda area!

The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Hankyu Department Store. The transportation is very convenient. The room is very clean, well laid out, and the view outside the window is nice. It's so comfortable to lie on the sofa like Ge You after a day of shopping. The toiletries are Guerlain. The staff are very friendly.

The room is relatively large in Japan, and the facial cleanser is very useful. The bathroom is spacious, so I decided to stay another night. I went to Nara one day and stored my luggage at the hotel for free. When I came back to pick up my luggage, my handbag accidentally broke. The hotel front desk bellboy took the initiative to compensate me with breakfast and kept apologizing. Good service attitude

Excellent hotel, very good location. Near JR and Metro. Lots of shops, cafes and McDonald's. The room was cleaned every day, there are accessories in the bathroom. Breakfast is not a buffet, but individual, three types of breakfast to choose from. We did not get to the pool, there was no time.

Environment: The guest room is on a high floor, overlooking the entire Osaka Castle. The facilities are not new, and the hot and cold water are separate, which is not very convenient. The room is big and the view is very good. The daily necessities and moisturizing skin care products of the hotel are very useful and comfortable, but there is no mask like the one in Tokyo. There is food and drink downstairs, so I bought a cake. I didn't have time to try it. There are still many shops under renovation. It is very close to Nakatsu Station. If you want to shop, you can go directly to Umeda. Mineral water is delivered every day. If you need ice cubes, you can call for it. On the last day, I bought a cardboard box for packing, which cost 300 yen. I went shopping in the Umeda shopping district on the last day.
