I don’t like the decoration style. Motorcycle style. The hotel lobby is too noisy. The lobby feels like a nightclub. DJs and music are playing in the bar! Don’t you like it very much? There are three elevators in the hotel, but none of them turn on the lights? It’s so dark, I really don’t understand what style it is! There is also no place to hang clothes and bath towels in the bathroom inside the room. I don’t understand this design! The travel experience is so-so and the hygiene is so-so! There's nothing particularly good about it, and nothing particularly bad about it either. I personally don't like it!

I have chosen to stay here many times for business trips because of the strategic location and convenient transportation. The rooms are relatively small but the facilities are complete. If I continue to travel to Osaka for business in the future, I will book this hotel again.

I booked a deluxe loft with sofa bed and I booked it for 3 persons. I called the hotel in advance asking if there’s a sofa bed and they confirmed yes. After checking in, I noticed that the so called sofa bed is simply a small sofa just enough for a small kid. My girl is 11 years old so she had to bend herself to sleep. What’s more shocking is that they won’t provide bedsheet, pillow or even a blanket for the sofa bed. We had to use a bath towel as bedsheet and demanded for a blanket. They finally gave us one without cover. They said “sorry, it’s the only thing we’ve got at the moment.” I was just so upset about the whole experience and I cancelled my second night stay….

Hotel is quite new. Location is not too close nor too far from train station, about 15 mins walk from
Osaka station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is slightly expensive, but understandable given it is located near umeda area. Overall it is not bad

The hygiene was so good that I slept on a moldy pillow all night.
The location is very good. It is 950m away from Umeda and there are many subway route options within 200m.
