前臺中文友好！ 感覺白班和夜班都是的前台都是咱們中國同胞，入住溝通都很方便
其次 每天都有洗衣服的服務，那給前台就可以
但是就是早餐是三明治，不像其他酒店有早餐自助，總體來説挺好的，而且在周圍三個地鐵站，出行方便，但到地鐵站還要再走一段路

房間小但東西都全，還有護膚品，卸粧油等。早餐品種太少，衹吃了一頓，還好附近有24小時營業的食其家，早飯點個套餐很豐盛

中規中矩吧 很小的日式商務旅店 設施是一應俱全 也沒有什麼毛病
唯一不太順利的是他們系統有問題 一開始去的時候説沒有我們的名字 英語溝通也不太順暢 找攜程溝通去溝通也受阻 最後拿預訂號碼翻了很久才發現是他們系統問題（預訂號一開始就打印出來展示了 不知道到底看沒看到）浪費了可能四十分鐘在check in 也沒有其他的道歉或者表示 別人check in
