Location is superb with shinsaibashi shopping street jz across the street and very near to train station with lift. Convenient stores and restaurants are all nearby.

Amazing budget hotel for the solo traveller. It's a walking distance from the subway and main shopping area in Shinsaibashi. Totally enjoyed my stay there. They also provided a phone charger in the room.

The location was quite good as it’s near many shopping areas, convenient stores and restaurants. You can also take the escalator from shinsaibashi metro station to Parco shopping centre and go out from the entrance at level 1 , it’s about a 3 mins walk from there. However, if given a choice again, I would probably choose to stay near namba station as it’s easier for me as I took the express bus and went for one day tour to Nara where the meeting point is near nipponbashi. Walking from the hotel to these places would take 15-25 minutes. It’s not an easy feat if you have a heavy luggage. The hotel is small but it has everything in it, you don’t need to bring much amenities as most of it are in your room and some you can collect them yourself from the lobby. You’ll need to use the kettle in your room to collect drinking water from your level’s elevator area. For some reason, the window had some light shining into my room (not sure if it’s just me) and the curtain wasn’t able to block the lights. So it’s definitely not for people that can’t sleep with lights on. Also, the toilet had a terrible smell that doesn’t go away despite me staying for a few nights there. To make things worst, there’s mold all around the room even in corners of my bed, which kinda triggered my allergies. So I had to make sure I’m always outside instead of staying in the room for long. But despite it all, I truly appreciate the cleaners cleaning my room daily and replenishing towels, beddings, disposable slippers, tea and coffee daily. The receptionist were very friendly and greeted me daily too. It’s honestly not a bad hotel for this price, but I’ll probably not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is near to 大丸百貨，this is also near to 美國村.u can walk to 心齋橋 in ten minutes.the room is tidy n clean but not big.u can hardly open the luggage .however u can get the facial amenties downstairs.the staff is near too

It's nice location to approch Dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping street.

Location is the best! Laundry is not enough if you stay long period over here! Breakfast is acceptable!

Really good location, rooms are tiny, as to be expected. Wasn't completely sure why they put a little coffee table in such a tiny room.

The staff are very friendly. The room is a bit small but which is enough for me. The bed is so comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I come to Osaka again.

Excellent location. Very close to subway station. Close to malls as well. Can walk from hotel all the way to Namba too, via Shinsaibashisuji. There are coin operated washing and drying machines. Toiletries are buffet style too, free to take. Breakfast is ok, not too fancy. Can keep luggage with them too before your stay or after checkout. As I booked for single room, the room is pretty small. You can open your luggage on the sofa(a very small one) and that's it, not much space other than that.

Tiny room but it has all your necessity for stay. Amenities such as hair combs, bath salt, toothbrush and more can be collected from the hotel lobby. Centralised location near to Namba area, 5 minutes walks from the Shinsaibashi station.

Fast check in and all amenities you can select at lobby. Scan room card and auto select the level for you. Just sound proof is not that good. Banging and knocking and ppl chit chatting in the walk way can be heard.

Check-in staff was kind and considerate. Since I could only reserve smoking room in the booking page, he finally allotted non-smoking room to us. Much appreciated.

Great hotel for the location.. Near to train station, food and convenient shop. Just that the shower curtain smells mouldy and will be ideal if there's an adapter in the room. 😊
