The location is good, it's very clean, the soundproofing is OK, the service is good, and the price/performance ratio is high. The front desk can speak Chinese, which is very comfortable for me who can't speak a word of Japanese.

這次入住雙床房，飯店距離難波車站走路有點距離，大概10～15分鐘，但除此之外都很好，房間可以攤開兩個28吋的行李箱，換洗用具也會每天更換新的，性價比來說很推薦這間飯店！

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.
