We enjoy our 3-night stay here. Umeda is transport hub and we took super fast train from Kyoto (just 45 mins) and the station exit is close to this hotel. The 5-star hotel is tall, very clean, elegantly decorated and spacious. Room inside is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful and open views overlooking the city and the big wheel. There're several restaurants or otherwise many dining choices in the neighborhood. We tried the lunch all-you-can-eat which is nice. Staff ok, English not very good though. The hotel is so kind and generous for giving me a small bunch of flowers on my birthday 💐 Price is unexpectedly good too, about USD205 per night for our triple room and our stay is during the Easter holidays! Overall, recommended with hesitation.

The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

Really nice and friendly staff. The room was spacious and with the regular things such as: tooth brush and mini paste, tea and kettle that didn't work, (but it's ok), slippers and so. They gave me a folder with the regulation in English and in one section says to leave all your valuables in a safe at the reception. I did, but it wasn't necessary, as at the reception the staff they gave me puzzled looks, while I was following what was written. I tried to tell them, but the staff at the moment had a broken English and my Japanese was very basic. So I let it be and put it on the safe, since I was already there. But there is no need for it at all. The room is safe enough and if in doubt then put a Do Not Disturb sign at the door to avoid the house cleaners to go inside. I love the toilet that has the jet water button that you can press, after you finish your business and clean your butt. Supper cool!! There is a small fridge as well. The part that I didn't like is that the Onsen is just for Males. As a Female, that was really annoying and insulting because I really wanted to go. They gave me a small ”token”, face wash as an apology for the inconvenience. But overall is a nice hotel. The staff is super friendly.

Business hotel near Minami Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, and there is no problem with the location. The building is a bit old, but you can see that the facilities are renewed. There was no problem with the sound of the next room. The size of the room doesn't feel so small, but the bathroom is quite small. When I accidentally left the toilet, my body hit the washlet switch and I started it without sitting down. Overall, considering the price, the next hotel is an ant.

As membership so i stay again in this hotel chain brand. Stay in twin room which design for bed located in each side of the room with bathroom in between so each bed has own facilities TV, table, lamp, telephone, boiling pot etc. This gave more private area. I found in room provide humidifier also and help during winter period stay. Breakfast is standard of Toyoko inn which is satisfy. Staff front desk and at breakfast service are always greeting and friendly. The distance from shin-osaka station for walking could take 10-15 mins. Nearby hotel has several restaurants different food types. Great surprise during my stay Toyoko inn set campaign gave rooms cost to 6000 yens in Osaka and my booking has been revised benefit of the campaign.

I was able to stay overnight with a same-day reservation. The front desk was very polite and I felt at ease. However, there were a lot of people from overseas staying there, and I could hear people talking in the hallways even at night, making it a little difficult to sleep. However, other than that, it was a very good hotel. I will be using this again!

The Hotel is near Shin Osaka Station, 5 - 10 minutes walk. Please use the Central Exit and just walk across parking lot and you will see a flyover and pedestrian under the flyover. Go ahead through the pedestrian and turn right, you will see a tunnel (about 150m). Walk toward the tunnel and the Hotel will be around 100m after the tunnel on your left side (There are 2 tunnels around the parking lot, please use the small one which you can access via pedestrian under the flyover). The room was big enough for us (2 adults and 1 kid - 10 yo) and 1 luggage. The only minor thing is they don't provide a wardrobe. They only provide very small space for you to hang your jacket near the door. Our room is facing the train tracks and still can hear the trains passing the building, not disturbing though but we don't know for sure why it was not disturbing because our room was on high floor (14th fl) or the sound proofing works well. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. I think it is better if the staff can improve their English for easier communication with non Japanese speaking guests. There are many restaurants around the Hotel but you need to walk 5 - 10 minutes or you can just go to the Station as plenty of eateries there as well.

Although it was a corona disaster, I stayed at a cheap price that I'm sorry. If you stay overnight, you can only clean ３ １ times a day (towels and amenities can be replenished every day), or there is a microwave oven right at the entrance of the hotel, so if you warm your lunch there, it will be a focus. (There is also a microwave oven on the floor, which is not visible), or the older sister of Wakaba Mark at the reception responds while turning the pen, or the price destruction that doesn't bother you at all. Of course, it is shiny and clean for a new hotel. The interior of the room is also chic and calm color. I felt that the electric kettle had weak power and it took time to boil, but the dryer felt powerful. The tea on the first floor is not a tea bag type, but a type that melts powder. It feels like Shin-Osaka Station is close, but the ticket gates on the JR conventional line are surprisingly far away, so it is safer to use a taxi or go to the south of Nishinakajima on a rainy day.

This is a typical business hotel located near shin Osaka station. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. This made check in very easy. The room itself was small, but felt even smaller than your average business hotel room. The small desk also had a stool rather than a chair. Otherwise the bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure. In terms of location it's a 5-10minute walk from the central exit of the JR station. If it's raining you can actually cut through to the metro station and take exit 6 to be closer, but you'll have to navigate stairs. Exit 7 of the metro station has an escalator but you have to use your IC card for this exit. There's a number of conscience stores around and a few chain diners if you're looking for breakfast or a late night feed. Nakau is open 24 hours a day.

The room was small but it was a comfortable stay for an individual. The proximity of the hotel from Shin-Osaka station is a big advantage. Room amenities are good. Breakfast is decent with japanese style cuisine. Staff cannot converse or understand English, hence it is very difficult to check for something with the help desk on the phone. I had booked a stay for two nights. The air conditioning was off for the entire second night. When the room got suffocating, I checked with the help desk. It is when they informed me that the air con has malfunctioned and will be available at 12 pm. They asked me to open the window for air. This was not an option as it's too noisy outside due to the proximity of the hotel from the train station and airport, and also there are no screens to the window to block bugs. The air con was available the next day at 9:30 when I was ready to check out.

This hotel is situated directly across from the station, and it is an easy five minute walk. The staff was friendly however, the rooms are very outdated. The room was smaller than the typical Japanese rooms that we’ve been staying at. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The lobby and area is updated and the rooms also need some care. We did take a walk in the evening, but there really wasn’t much entertainment or anything to do around that area. You definitely need to go into the station to enjoy anything. We chose this hotel because I had stayed here about seven years ago with my son. The experiences were completely different. I probably wouldn’t choose it again, but in a pinch it would do for a business person perhaps spending the night and leaving not a leisurely trip where you want to have a look at scenery in the area.
