I don't think you should call this property a HOTEL as it certainly isn't, it should be a MOTEL / apartments, without any available facilities, I assumed it was all attached to a hotel, where we could go and get an evening meal on arrival or breakfast before our departure, but there was nothing.
the manager was very nice and the views lovely.
there was a putrid smell of rotten something in the air, it could of been all the washed up seaweed but I'm not sure.

No one was there to check us in. We left. Your company is telling us that we cannot yet the full refund… We spoke with the establishment and they said that they have told you that they are not going to charge us. I expect a full refund. I can forward the email they sent confirming this if you’d like.

I spent a night here waiting to go to the airport. If you don't feel like spending a thousand dollars a night at a luxury resort, than this place is OK. With the onerous tourism tax, my rate without an ocean view came to $300 a night. Clean, good AC, good wifi, but no hot water when I was there. This is an apartment hotel so don't expect a lot of services. Be sure to get the phone number of the manager before you come, because she mostly isn't in the office. There are two restaurants down the beach in either direction, prepare to get your feet wet. One, Celia's, is only open on weekends and requires advance booking. The other, a steakhouse, is pretty good. Pro Tip: Don't order the continental breakfast

This accommodation was excellent. Located very close to the airport and nice and quiet albeit out of the main season. We had a seriously large two bedroom suite for the two of us. All staff very helpful and kind. Especially Feona who handled our booking. We ordered external food to be delivered to the room and the venue provided us on payment two very seriously large lavish continental breakfast trays. Found this on *********** at last minute. Our British Airways flight from Antigua to Aruba was delayed almost 23 hours so this venue came to our rescue. Thanks very much.

We stayed here while visiting our son who is studying at AUA Medical School. It is super close to the school and convenient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, professional and courteous. We will definitely stay again.

The property manager was nice. The view is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. But the floors were not super-clean (dusty and some dead cockroaches). Also, the common-room area (kitchen/living room) was okay, but not somewhere I'd choose to hang out. The porch was nice, but the ancient white plastic furniture was not what is depicted in the photo. This is expensive and not at all luxury.

Lugar incrivel!!! A porta do quarto dá de frente pro mar… 3 passos adiante e você está na areia da praia! O recepcionista Niel foi muito legal e prestativo conosco! O único arrependimento foi não ter ficado mais dias. Iremos voltar!
Obs: há apenas 1 único restaurante perto que dá pra ir a pé, então é melhor alugar um carro pra comprar alimento e conhecer melhor a ilha 🏝️
