Koselig hotell, men dessverre urutinerte og få ansatte. Anbefaler ikke afternoon tea, da sandwichene var tørre og quichen smakløs. Oppgis i menyen at det skal være luksuriøse snitter? Kakene på toppen var helt ok. Måtte vente på menyen til middag, da servitørene hadde mye å gjøre. Middagen var helt ok. Spiste to retter pasta med nordisk pesto og ytrefilet med kålstuing. God frokost. Rommet var fint. Kunne ønske at vannet i bassenget var varmere etter en lang skitur.

Hotellet hade öppnat dagen innan och något var fel med värmesystemet. Vårt rum var mellan 13-15 grader C. Elementet blev bara ljummet på högsta. Även matsal och bastu(!) var för kalla. Efter en hel dag i skidspåret var det en jobbig situation. Sov i täckbyxor. Vi hade blivit uppgraderade till ett tjusigt deluxe rum men det elegant avskalade och stora fönster förstärkte intrycket. Hotellet erbjöd extra täcken och byte till ett tyvärr lika kallt rum. Hela annexet var betong, glas, stora ödsliga allmänna ytor. Kanske hade det varit en mysigare upplevelses med rum i huvudbyggnaden. Där var det i alla fall mer ombonat med en brasa och soffor i receptionen. Vi fick ekonomisk kompensation när vi klagade på kylan, det tackar vi för. Men från hotellets sida borde man reagerat tidigare och tex hyrt in värmeaggregat att ställa på rummen, nu fanns det bara utställt i matsalen. Vi stannade bara en natt trots att vi övervägt tidigare att stanna längre. I övrigt är hotellet fint (även om vi föredragit en mer gammaldags interiör i hela hotellet inte bara i huvudbyggnaden), bemötandet i receptionen tillmötesgående och maten både till middag och frukost både spännande och ambitiös.

Really beautiful place both the surroundings as well as the hotel. The room was really big and seemed quite new. Had both lunch and dinner which so so. While dinner was really good, it tasted like the mashed potato was not homemade but the powder stuff where you add hot water.

Slow check-in, paid extra for early check-in, but apparently so had about 20 other guests and only one receptionist. Check-in itself was quick and easy. Room was in a different building but still reasonably accessible given the snow. Very generous room with private access to balcony (lots of snow) sofa and storage all lovely, bathroom would benefit from a bath but other than that all good. Parking is paid for extra but hadn't registered our number plate. Wine cellar tour at 5pm was interesting but surprisingly to us (Australians!) no wine tasting was offered, just look at the bottles and imagine! Dinner at 7, perfect table for 2 at a window, outstanding 5 course match wine experience, service was polite, all comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast served to room (option) was generous, prompt and fresh. Would recommend.

I want to start off by saying the staff were friendly and professional and the hotel is beautiful. I however witnessed an incident where the hotel director quite horribly degraded her employee. It left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me wonder what goes on behind closed doors in this establishment. I highly recommend the hotel and the staff, but I would not want to support a management that treats the employees this horribly.

Our room (433) was quite large and had a nice view of the mountains. We had plenty of storage space for our luggage. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped and offered little storage. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was significantly lower in quality than our previous stays. The menu should also offer more choice, especially if you stay more than one night. The breakfast, however, was of the usual very good quality and choice.

There is not enough staff. No bellman. No elevator. Had to carry our 3x25kg bags to the second floor by stairs. By the morning the breakfast opens at 7. Was 6:50 the food was already there. Our taxi to airport left at 7. Tried to pick up some fruits and sandwiches for my kid and a crazy woman started yelling at us. Really rude.
