Personalen i receptionen är alltid väldigt hjälpsamma. Kanske kunde önska lite mer av den goda servicen även i frukosten där är det inte lika artigt.

I got a horrible room. Wires hanging out on the walls. Broken desk lamp. The bed had 3 broken legs and it was so unstable that a barely got any sleep. The cup in the bathroom was placed upside down without a paper underlay. Even for Scanding hotels, this is a new low.

I had a bad experience in the hotel and upon checking. I had no energy to engage in a conversation, as I had been travelling but I had been given a single room in the hotel although i booked a double room.
