The room is super big, probably because of the upgraded room type. No breakfast included, but the location is very convenient, just opposite the train station, surrounded by food. There is a lot of rest space at the check-in reception, which is very comfortable.

Great location as it's just 2 stones throw away from Oslo Central Station. The room including the bathroom is spacious.

There are several Comfort brands in the 5km radius. I walked into "Backpacker" one, at midnight, instead of the Xpress but was promptly directed to the right location.
Luckily the staff at both locations were lovely and helpful! My check in was smooth and the room was outstanding! It was really quiet given the location is a stone throw away from the Oslo Sentrum station!
I walked everywhere (as needed to burn off the insane amount of pastries consumed on this trip) and enjoyed the Old Town, harbour and the University Quarter too. Oslo is beautiful but it requires you to pay attention to the details of the lines and light, and how they interact with the cityscapes. Don't miss the Deichman Library, which is opposite to the new Opera (there is an older one closer to the Royal Palace).

I stayed in a room facing the train station. The sound proof of the room needs improvement. We can still hear the training passing by at night, which affects the sleep.
