The hotel's location, facilities, and staff's service attitude are generally good. There are plenty of resting places in the hotel lobby, and there are also rooms for free luggage storage. The only problem is that the drainage system in the bathroom is not very good.

Excellent location for direct airport transfers by express train as well as commuting around Oslo. Walking distance to POI as well as shopping belt.
The hotel is only 5 mins walk from central station yet not affected by the bustle of the station.
Self Check in was so super easy. We had a room on a high floor with terrace which had a vantage view of the central station.
Room is clean & good size although the mattresses could be firmer.
All things considered, a very good 3 night stay. Will definitely recommend!

The room is super big, probably because of the upgraded room type. No breakfast included, but the location is very convenient, just opposite the train station, surrounded by food. There is a lot of rest space at the check-in reception, which is very comfortable.
