Ottima posizione. Colazione eccellente. Stanza ampia. Il parcheggio è un’entità diversa dall’hotel, tuttavia è collegato tramite ascensore e si trova sotto l’albergo (si paga anticipatamente inserendo la data e l’orario di uscita).

Veldig dårlig frokost. Vi kom 45 minutter før frokost tid var ute. Det var tomt for ost og frukt. Det var bare loff. Det var tomt for pannekaker/lapper. Vi etterspurte mer, og når lapper ble ferdig, var alt av syltetøy og fyll tomt. Brødet som ble fylt på etter vi spurte var frossent. Tomt for kopper og det meste var elendig. Rommet vi fikk var knøttlite. Rom 301. Vi har venner som skulle overnatte der frem i tid og kunne ikke gi våre anbefalinger.

Very good for this hotel category (and a very good value for money). Top location - 2 minutes by foot to Aker Brygge with many nice restaurants and bars (and some shops) at the waterfront. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast (quite good) is served. Upon request I have received a bottle of water at the check-in snd check-out. The staff is great - all staff members were super nice and very helpful. I had a mini “fridge” in the room but I think it was actually no real fridge and only a cooler - it did cool to some extent but not greatly. There is also an iron and ironing board in a room. The room is basic but for the type of my stay, the design/decor did not play any role. There were no toiletries in the room. My room had a view at the inner yard and surroundings, which was a very quite area. I would stay in this hotel again. I agree with another review posted before that the hotel is a bit difficult to find at first - instead of the hotel, I entered an inter-connected conference center at first.

The only downside for me was no in house restaurant or bar. My mistake when I booked. I got that wrong. Lots of good restaurants nearby but as a solo traveler it’s nice to eat at the hotel when you don’t feel like getting a table for 1 in a busy restaurant. I guess it’s not generally required as it’s close to many eateries. The location is good for Aker Brygge and walkable to everything. Breakfast is fantastic. My room was large. The beds are different with a thin mattress on a base. Not uncomfortable but not luxurious either. I’m used to hotel beds being quite high end these days with thick comfy mattresses so this was different. More functional than plush.

Ved ankomst ble vi møtt av to blide og serviceinnstilte resepsjonister. Rommet var stort, rent og hadde en veldig behagelig seng. Frokosten var veldig god og utvalget var stort. Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og blide. Følte oss virkelig velkomne på dette hotellet. Hotellets beliggenhet er et perfekt utgangspunkt for Aker brygge osv.
