I booked a double room with a double bed. The room has plenty of space, and the shower gel and shampoo are also of high quality. The breakfast is excellent, with coffee, juice and tea, hot food such as scrambled eggs, omelette sausages, etc. Scrambled eggs are especially recommended. This time I live on the 6th floor, the window faces the street and the building.

Ci sono stato tante altre volte ma questa volta, purtroppo, la sala dove si faceva colazione era gelida - incomprensibile e inaccettabile.

Rommet var ikke klart når jeg skulle sjekke inn, selv om jeg skulle sjekke inn etter kl. 15:00. Veldig lite rom med tanke på at jeg skulle ha barneseng også inn.

Helt greit hotell med fantastisk sentral beliggenhet. God frokost. Litt smal seng på superior rom, og rommet var veldig kaldt - vi fant ingen termostat for å regulere temperaturen. Lå dopapir i doskåla da vi ankom, hvorvidt det var brukt eller ikke er ukjent, men de kunne enkelt ha skylt ned en ekstra gang..., i tillegg var sofaen veldig skitten (mange flekker på setet). Rommet forøvrig var tilsynelatende rent og fint, men man kan jo undres...

My family and I had a nice stay at Scandic Karl Johan, which is located in the center of Oslo just next to the Parliament. We, 2 adults and 2 children, stayed in a fine family room with space enough for winter-coats, boots and luggage. We enjoyed the great service of a very friendly staff and got our room before lunch when we arrived from the boat. As always is the Scandic breakfast delicious with a nice selection of food.
