Wir haben uns für unseren Kurztrip nach Oslo für das Thon Hotel Cecile vor allem wegen der zentralen Lage entschieden. 5 Minuten zum Meer (Pier für Rundfahrten, Aker Brygge) und auch zu den anderen zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch das Hotel ist super: geräumige, moderne Zimmer, inbegriffenes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, super freundliches Personal. Mit dem Flytoget direkt vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Modernes, gut geführtes Hotel, Mitten im Zentrum von OSLO. Trotz der Lage sehr ruhig. Angenehme, hochwertige Betten. Das norwegische Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Schlaraffenland. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Pres/ Leistung

As always, a stay at a Thon hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. This was my first time having a problem with my room the air conditioning didn't work, so it was very warm. The hotel staff quickly arranged a new room where the air conditioning did work. Because of this kind of service, I always choose a Thon hotel whenever one is available at my destination.

We stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Good lighting, storage and nice bathroom with a walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony from which we could see the parliament building etc. Room had both kettle and a pod coffee maker. We also had a safe and mini bar. Our floor also had a nice guest lounge with great balconies and coffee and tea facilities. The breakfast was probably the best we have had on our travels. Lovely big comfortable breakfast area. Huge selection of hot and cold options. All fresh, well prepared and cooked - loved it! Hotel is in a superb location with access to all the sites and waterfront. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Always greeted us when we entered the lobby.
