I have chosen this hotel for my two trips to Oslo. Mainly the location of this hotel is better. But when I checked in to the hotel this time, the attitude of the front desk clerk was not very good. We made a reservation one month in advance through Ctrip, and we had already paid all the fees when we made the reservation. We also informed the front desk clerk when we checked in, but I don't know why? The lady at the front desk still asked us to pay N O K8780 yuan by credit card to check in. In this way, we are paying twice. I hope that Ctrip can negotiate more with local hotels and refund us the hotel fees that were paid repeatedly!

Amazing property and location. However, we did not feel comfortable here because the atmosphere was very pretentious. The restaurant was extremely expensive even compared to other luxury hotels we have stayed at in norway. Parking costs extra . The room was small and there was nowhere to hang anything up to dry.

the scandic holmenkollen park hotel in oslo is super nice and has a god brekfast wit hot foods and bred drinks lots of bacon and good breads and and condemensts the berekafst is Monday Friday 07:00 and Saturday Sunday 08:00. The dinner buffet opens: Mon-Sat 17:00-22:00, Sun 17:00-21:00 and Lunch: Mon-Fri 11:30-14:30, Sat-Sun 12:00-15:00. The romm i had was nice and had a large open bathrom and a god dubel bed. the most luxsuries romm costs 13829 nok ore 1290,95 USD and the chepest romm is 2109 nok ore 196,88 USD this si for a adult and a child. and there is a lot og stuff to look at on the suronding area like a ski jump or an olympic skiing arena

Efter att ha haft en fantastiskt trevlig nyårsafton här 2019 så såg vi fram emot att återvända. Men besvikelsen var stor denna gång! Hotellet hade genomgått en stor renovering och både bar/bistrodelen o spa't var superfina men rummen hade tappat mysigheten och var bara neutrala, tråkiga. Vi saknade en massa småbekvämligheter på rummet men det som påverkade mest på missnöjet var att de flesta i personalen (några fina undantag fanns!)saknade servicemind tänket. De verkade inte trivas på jobbet och saknade glädje. Vi var också missnöjda med matutbudet/öppettiderna på restaurangen samt priserna på den påtvingade buffen. Vi kommer inte att återvända, tyvärr!

Vi fikk et utmerket rom med utsikt. Særdeles god middag med Hjort og meget hyggelig service. Eneste minus var at når vi skulle dusje så var det ikke noe håndkle på badet/ rommet.
