Oppholdet var ganske godt plassert i forhold til kollektiv, butikker osv. Men burde kanskje formidlet at det fins to plasser på Bjørvika apar**ents. Mtp den ene er på Bygdøy alle 3

Apar**ent located just above an extremely noisy night bar, a real ordeal that lasts until 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. most of the week. Live DJ set from your bed guaranteed. It is impossible to know in advance since the real address is not communicated at the time of booking, it is transmitted at the last moment. Totally ruined stay. Add to that a pancake a few centimeters thick as a mattress and pillows in the same spirit and you will understand that this accommodation is not suitable for people who intend to sleep a minimum at some point during their stay. Shower gel filled at least on our arrival, the bottom of the bottle made available to us was finished after 2 nights (out of 7). 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 for 7 days. There are obviously no small savings. No cleaning service during the stay although, from memory, 25% of the price is added to the cost of the reservation. To end on a positive note: central location and apar**ent decorated as shown in the photos.

Arrive independently, not even at the address I booked and this planned 1 day before. Arriving on site, access to the automatic lock via application does not work. The person on the phone doesn't understand anything at all, having to wait 30 minutes on the phone for the person to tell us to try 20 times the same way in the rain with all our belongings in the cold. After getting angry someone comes physically to tell us that we are 300m away and that we have the wrong address. Once you arrive, the entrance and hall do not smell good, dirty and poorly maintained. Apar**ent with dirty bathroom and sofa, hair everywhere. The apar**ent didn't smell very good and the only equipment for cooking was a saucepan. No stove or anything else. The TV doesn't even work properly. No place to put your suitcases before 3 p.m. Bathroom or when showering the water flows to below the toilet. Anyway, never again will we regret having booked here.

Helt super beliggenhet! Fin leilighet, men ikke klargjort til 3 personer som bestilt. Helsen fungerte ikke. Det lå ikke informasjon om hvor leiligheten var sammen med nøkkelen.
