Karinna Hotel 15 yıldır müşterisi olduğumuz bir mekan. Her sene memnun ayrılırız ancak bu seneki organizasyonumuzdan sonra “bu sefer daha da iyiydi” dedirtmeyi başaran tüm personele yardımseverlik ve güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı yaklaşımları için çok çok teşekkürler …

We were there for a conference for a two-day event. The rooms and the conference hall were very good. The restaurant was excellent with very rich selections for breakfast and other meals. The staff were very friendly and very effective. The only negative thing for me was the volume of the music during the gala dinner for the event. Probably this is not the fault of the Hotel as the musicians are usually hired by the conference organizers.

Unfortunately it is not a good hotel. When we entered the hotel, there were no one at the reception. No one was there to pick up our car and the baggage. We were tired from long journey but the hotel did not make us feel comfortable. Very poor restaurant with a very few selection of foods. Our family left a day early, they were not allowed to have lunch with us. We had goodbye lunch in the separate places. Our family didn’t mind but they were our guest and it was not pleasant. We paid all the drinks after 9:30pm and the Turkish coffee separately. The hotel advertise full board but keep charging everything. I wanted to have a tea and pastry at 5pm but I’ve been told by the shef that they don’t have pogaca. Just gave some random biscuits. I left the place immediately. Receptionist wanted to give me a long lecture but we already decided to leave early as its not worth ruining our mood on holiday. We made our way to Cesme. I would never stay here again. I should also mention that the receptionist face was very down when we arrived to the hotel.

Karinna otel de öğrenci ve velilerimize bu yıl anne baba çocuk kapımızı yaptık. Başta organizatör kayak hocamız A. Erdoğan Çağala olmak üzere tüm Karinna kayak okulu öğretmenlerine teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca öğrencilerimize ve öğretmenlerimize son derece anlayışlı olan otel personeline de teşekkür ederiz.

Gidecek olanlara artı ve eksisiyle yazacağım. Otelin önüne geldiğin andan itibaren belboy karşılıyor sizi. Girişimiz biraz geç yapıldı o da grup olduğu için sorun etmedik. İçtiğiniz suya kadar her şey ücretli. Garsonlar çok suratsız duruş nezaket hak getire. Yemekler rezalet peynir bir kaç günlük yeşillikler çürümek üzere meyve çeşitliliği yok sorduğunuz anca o zaman getiriyorlar büfeye koymak bu kadar zor olmamalı varsa zaten bizim için alınıyordur illa ki istemek mi gerekiyor. Etler kokuyor. Bu kadar verdiğimiz paranın hizmet karşılığı bu olmamalı. Mini clup çok iyiydi en azından çalışan arkadaş güler yüzlüydü. Dj performansı takdire şayan. En azından eğlenebildik. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi.

Memnun kaldım, hizmet oldukça iyiydi. Housekeeping, restoran ve kayak okulu. Yemekler çeşitli ve kaliteliydi. Garsonlar güleryüzlü ve hızlıydı. 8 yaşındaki kızım bu sene ilk defa kayak yaptı. Bu kadar sevmesi ve hızlı öğrenmesi konusunda Erdoğan hocama ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Özelikle madene çıkararak kızımı ekstra mutlu etmişti. Ekibe teşekkür ederim.

Bir daha asla gelmem, arkadaşlarıma da özellikle burada kalmayın diye belirtirim. Adamlar çaydan para alıyor ve minibar da sadece su var. Daha ötesini anlatmaya gerek pek yok. Neden böyle dediğim de de dışardan gelen misafiri ayırt edemiyoruz diyorlar demek ki giren çıkan da belli değil otel güvenlik namına bir şey yok. Daha önceleri kaya otelde kaldım çok önerdiler burayı diye geldim son derece pişmanım. Otele misafir olarak giriş yaptığınız an tek anlattıkları bu saatte şu ücretli bu ücretli, noluyor ya?

Karinna otelde güleryüz aracınızdan inmeden sizi karşılıyor. Herşey beklentinizin üzerinde asla pişman olmazsınız. Hamit bey’in özeni sayesinde şahane bir konaklama oldu. Benim için bu tatilin ayrı bir yeri de oldu 39 yaşında kayak yapmaya başlayıp, hiçbir şey için geç olmadığını Cüneyt hoca sayesinde öğrendim. İletişimi, bilgisi, size verdiği cesaret ile ilk gün korkudan çarpan kalbiniz son gün bir tur daha kayalım heyacınına bırakıyor. Döner dönmez yeni tatilimizi planladık bile günleri iple çekiyoruz;)

Hersey mukemmeldi, misafir iliskilerinden Ali Bey e ve restorandan Ozgur Bey e ekstra tesekkurler. Evimizde hissetmemizi sagladilar. Cocuklu, cocuksuz herkese hitap eeen bir otel. Bu ikinci kalisimizdi. Bir daha ne zaman gelsek tek tercihimiz Karinna olacak.
