A 5 min à pieds du front de mer et en plein cœur de ville. Hôtel ne disposant que de 15 places de parking et c’est très difficile de se stationner à Ostende . L’accueil est froid et ils n’en ont rien à faire que vous ne trouviez pas de place , aucune aide !!! Le parking du ****** est pourtant à côté et aucun partenariat. Chambre petite , quelconque voire vieillote et mini fenêtre ! Ça ne vaut pas du tout le tarif exorbitant demandé même si c’est Ostende. Très beau petit déjeuner , à 25€ ça peut ! A déconseiller.

L'hôtel est particulièrement bien situé (près du Kursaal). La chambre était spacieuse, propre bien équipée. Salle de bains impeccable et équipée de produits de qualité. Petit déjeuner : ne pas trouver son choix et "son" petit déjeuner relèverait de l'impossible tant le choix est varié et important (produits frais et de qualité). Excellent accueil. La perfection n'existe pas mais cet hôtel mérite, à notre avis, un 9,9/10 On ne peut que le conseiller.

Bij ons bezoek kozen we terug voor de Mercure. Dit was ons t****e bezoek. . Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Wederom lag alles al mooi klaar voor het inchecken. We kregen zelfs een attentie aangeboden. Onze kamer was 244 op de vierde etage. Kleine kamer, deel van communicerende kamers. Alles was aanwezig en zeer netjes. Het ontbijt was tiptop. Grote keuze aan verse producten. Dit hotel wordt onze vaste stek bij een overnachting in Oostende. Een hotel die zijn klanten in de watten weet te leggen. Een attentie bij inchecken, gratis water/koffie/thee op de kamer en zelf een flesje water voor de terugreis. Super vriendelijk personeel en een klantenservice die ze hoog in het vaandel houden. We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad en zullen hierdoor blijven komen. Proficiat aan het gehele team. Dikke pluim.

Fantastisch hotel : zeer vriendelijk onthaal, zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Mooie en praktisch ingerichte kamer. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, vlakbij het ****** van Oostende, nabij de dijk en het strand. Wie graag eens gaat shoppen, de winkelstraten zijn ook vlakbij. Een echt topper !

Hôtel très convivial. A présent totalement rénové. Bar agréable pouvant servir en soirée de lieu de restauration pour les propriétaires de chiens. Buffet de petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et varié. Attention, les chambres avec balcon au dernier étage sont plus petites que les autre (espace utilisé pour la terrasse). Commercialise les produits NUXE utilisés dans l’hôtel. Réception très agréable ne demandant qu’à rendre service (même trouver un vétérinaire à 7 heures du matin pour le chien ayant avalé une friandise avec tout l’emballage et étouffant).

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen. Heel klantvriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren erg verzorgd. De parking van het hotel is gelegen in een nabij gelegen parking. In die parking is er ook een ruime mogelijkheid om iuw wagen op te laten. Kortom: een aanrader.
