L’hôtel est très bien situé avec son accès direct sur la plage. Les plafonds sont très hauts et donne du charme d’époque . Le personnel est accueillant Le parking est facile et spacieux Petit déjeuner est copieux et très complet Les chambres familiales sont très grande comparé à se que l’on a déjà pu avoir. ( deux chambre en une ) Les lits sont confortables. Néanmoins la salle de bain est très sombre Les châssis en front de mèr serait mieux en pvc que en bois. Un lifting de l’hôtel ne serai pas du luxe. Le rapport qualité prix en serait que plus convaincant.

Zimmer mit Terasse zum Strand und Meer hin, einzigartig. Ruhig mit Meeresrauschen. Älteres Hotel mit dem Charme der belle époque. Betten sind gut, im Bad könnte der Duschkopf etwas komfortabler sein. Der Service war gut, Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, da nur wenig zum Frühstück essen, dafür waren wir abends im Restaurant , das Essen war gut. Eine Haltestelle der Kusttram ist in der Nähe.

Beste medewerkers van Thermae Palace, voor iedereen een dikke pluim. Vriendelijk personeel, steeds gereed, goede info. Heel goed verblijf gehad - goed bed - goed kussen - veel ruimte in de kamer en badkamer - goede brasserie (vriendelijke bediening) - uitgebreid en goed ontbijt - is een aanrader. Was onze eerste keer, maar zeker niet de laatste. Dank u !

Magnifique hôtel qui permet de retrouver le faste d’antan d’Ostende . Nous avions réservé une chambre au premier étage avec terrasse et vue sur la mer. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, c’était parfait ! Moins enthousiaste pour le petit déjeuner. Si l’offre était irréprochable, la salle est très bruyante et les tables sont beaucoup trop rapprochées. Un réaménagement serait vraiment le bienvenu. C’est dommage pour un si bel hôtel !

Altough it’s a beautiful hotel at the beach and they have really friendly staff working at the reception, there are still some things that needs improvement. The room had a carpet that had more stains on it than I could count, the mirror in the bedroom wasn’t cleaned and the bathtub was filthy, the sides of the tub still had soap residue from a previous visitor. The bed was very clean and comfortable though, no complaints about that but for almost 200 euros for 1 night those complaints shouldn’t be there.

Schönes grosses Zimmer leider mit nur einem Fenster ( konnte leider nur halb geöffnet werden ) mit Meeresblick super komfortabeles Bett +Teppich Parking am Hotel zum Preis von 15€ ist ok nähe zum Strand + Zentrum ist super Frühstück sehr gut aber teuer

On the beach yet walking distance to downtown, the exterior feels a bit like past glory but the bar/restaurant and rooms are renovated and very comfortable.

Prachtig hotel op t strand in oude glorie. Heerlijk bed uitzicht op zee geslapen met het raam open. Komen zeker terug in de zomer. Vraag me af wanneer het hotel gerestaureerd wordt volgens Google in 2024 dus we wachten af. Superior room lijkt me te gek met strandstoelen op het balkon.
