Dismal welcome, unpleasant as possible, not a smile, we really had the impression of disturbing the receptionist with the goatee. While there is not a dog in the hotel... which is understandable... given everything. Because unfortunately everything needs to be reviewed, we are completely incomprehensible that this hotel can have a 4* The rooms are not at all up to date, the bedding is not comfortable, the windows are in a state of filth catastrophic…. The water in the pool is super cold, impossible for our two children (2 and 4 years old) to be able to swim in it… even for us, we stayed there for 5 minutes… Breakfast: industrial orange juice, ridiculously small chocolate rolls and croissants… Move on!! 230€ per night, we will remember it for a long time…

Icy welcome, like everywhere on the Belgian Coast. Nice room. No bedroom slippers. Quick service. Chaotic breakfast with a blatant lack of staff. No one to welcome or supervise customers at the swimming pool.

Staff attentive to your needs. Spacious eco room but a little cool? (we were provided with an additional blanket) Varied lunch with fresh fruit. Fitness, hammam, infrared, sauna at the top. Pool too cold and too small for the number of customers. Overall, nice stay. I'll be back

We were with our parents and therefore had two rooms, the first classic room was dated and in need of renovation, with 2 bathrooms and some stains on the floor, the t****th ecology room was a beautiful modern room with a walk-in shower, and the breakfast was excellent, the location was good and it was a pity that the rooms were so different

This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars, the positive point is the cleanliness of the rooms. The swimming pool, the sauna and the hammam and the “playground” area but that’s the only thing. The rooms are from another time (1960) The bathtub/shower taps almost broken, almost no water pressure Horrible heat in the rooms. The wallpaper that is peeling off The courtesy tray consists of a kettle (from the 80s) and a few tea bags, really not worthy of a 4 star. The gentleman at reception is unpleasant. If you want a bathrobe for the swimming pool, it costs 5 euros per person. The lunch buffet is not great and not very varied, the lady who takes care of it is not more friendly than the one at reception. Very disappointed with this hotel, I absolutely do not recommend!!!

Very nice hotel! We had booked the Glenmore and due to work we were offered the Bero. Very nice renovated room, spacious, large bed. An excellent buffet for breakfast. Very well located! Very good value for money We will return
