Auf unserer Rundtour passierte uns beim vierten Zwischenstopp (Tags zuvor waren wir schon in einem BW-Hotel), dass unsere beiden Zimmer zwar von der schwedischen Agentur korrekt gebucht, aber wohl nicht bezahlt seien. Ohne sofortige Bezahlung dürften wir nicht auf unsere Zimmer gehen (um zum Beispiel selber mit den Veranstalter zu telefonieren, was man an der Rezeption von sich aus nicht machen wollte). Lange Story kurz gemacht: Telefonat mit der Agentur, dann länger Warten. Nochmal Telefonat mit der Agentur: „alles längst geklärt, hat man ihnen denn nicht von der Rezeption schon Bescheid gegeben?“ An der Rezeption nachgefragt (mittlerweile insgesamt 40 min gewartet…): „ja, alles geklärt“, „warum haben Sie uns dann nicht Bescheid gesagt!“ … ?!?! Unsere Tochter fasste es gut zusammen: nicht gerade lösungsorientiert. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Stadt 😀

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both time I have been suprised by the level of service. The hotel it self is really nice, cozy and fresh but the service is excellent. And don't miss out on the breakfest, its good with something for everyone.

What an awesome hotel in a city with old boring traditional hotels. And hotel is a great new asset to the city. Restaurant is hip and great value for money. Rooms are small but got all u need and feels more spacious than the sqm u get! Don't miss the gym which is much better than many hotel gyms!

Perfect hotel, very good located, good service, good rooms and facilities, and fantastic breakfast. Even better then some 4star hotels. So, for being a 3star hotel it's definitely top!! I recommend this hotel to everybody.

I have stayed at &hotel 5-6 times and I've always had a real nice stay. Will continue to stay here 2022. The smaller rooms are perfect, and the service makes it feel at least 4*. The food in the restaurant is so good and cheap, its one of the best restaurants in Linköping. It's real easy to get in contact with the hotel by e-mail and phone.

Newly opened hotel, so everything is new and modern. superb bathrooms, nice breakfast and the food was good in the restaurant. Gym with everything you need, and close location to linköping city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 2 nights. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Good location, but a bit of walk to the center of town.

Maybe it's just us who don't think a toilet in a glass cage is very nice. You want to be in peace and be able to lock yourself up, plus you don't want everyone else in the room to hear in detail what you do in the toilet
