Den enda som finns att anmärka - toaletten har en SKJUTDÖRR som inte går att låsa som dessutom inte ansluter helt. Helt otroligt undermåligt faktiskt och något drar ner betyget.

En upplevelse med vänner för att se nyårsrevy samt därefter övernatta. Allt fungerade på bästa sätt inklusive supé efter föreställningen. Detta har blivit en återkommande förlustelse som vi nu gjorde för tredje gången.

Veldig hyggelig personal. Så deilig med noen som kan snakke akkurat passe, ikke for mye ikke for lite. Fin bar og restaurant. Kult at bastu er oppe til 22. Nydelige rom. Litt myke senger for min smak. Sentralt og lett med billig parkeringshus rett over gaten.

Very comfortable hotel centrally situated in Ostersund. Close to shops, restaurants and bars and of course the wonderful frozen lake. (Hire a sled and do a "Pingu" the best fun! Skate hire also available). A warm welcome was received upon our arrival. Our room was spotless with the most comfortable beds even had giant fluffy pillows! Excellent shower with heated floor in bathroom too. And a decent hairdryer was a nice surprise too. The breakfast was well presented, varied and catered for all tastes. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were available to make at any time in the lounge area. (Although I did miss the early morning tea in bed as no tea or coffee making facilities in the room). The reception area had comfortable sofas and chairs in which to relax as did the bar area. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests. The pool and sauna were wonderful. Especially so, as I had them both to myself! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the lovely town of Ostersund. And would not hesitate to rebook here in the future. Footnote : Although hotel was situated in the centre, it was quiet so sleep was not hindered.

The front desk staff was fantastic especially Olivia and Daniel. Very friendly and helpful. Our suite was super nice. The breakfast was awesome, what a selection! Convenient location.
