Service hours of front desk are rather limited, but check in and check out via keybox worked well. Odd: as I checked in and out outside service hours, I couldn’t pay at the front desk. Should be no problem, as I had secured the booking with my credit card. Nonetheless the hotel requested payment by bank transfer instead of simply using the credit card already provided…"

"One of My Worst Booking Experiences We arrived before the stated check-in deadline, only to find the property locked and completely unattended. Ordinarily, you’d expect an emergency line to be reachable a short while before and after check-in close—especially for international travelers—but every contact number went straight to voicemail, even when tried by another local hotel to rule out any call issues. Messages sent earlier in the day and before via the booking site also went unanswered, a serious red flag. With no way to gain access, we had to find alternate accommodations at our own expense. To make matters worse, the property outright refused to refund our payment, despite clear evidence (photos, voicemails) that they did not honor our reservation. To this day, they have not acknowledged or responded to our concerns. I strongly recommend not taking a chance and avoiding this establishment altogether; thankfully, there are friendly and honest venues within walking distance if you need last-minute lodging."
