Super cozy hotel in the middle of town. Clean and fresh and homely. Nice and helpful staff, feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is of high class in a cozy environment.

Nice staff, but that's where the positive parts of the experience end.
The rooms are in great need of renovation. The breakfast is mediocre. The coffee terrible, could have been hot.
The whole hotel screams a need for renovation and could probably be really nice when it's done.

Hotel Emma is not the nicest hotel I've stayed at, but comfortable beds, incredibly nice breakfast, clean, friendly staff and right in the center. As I travel a lot, these criteria are important and I don't need a hot tub and bar. If I were to say something, it is that it is a little worn, but not so much that it bothers me.
