Wouldn't recommend for more than a quick stopover which is what I did. It is convenient for the main station in comparison to other hotels in Ostrava, but is showing its age and doesn't seem to know what category it sits in. Is it budget or is it trying to be something it isn't? The room I had was rather dated although I believe there are some refurbished rooms available. Haven't seen some of the items like the beige hairdryer in hotels for many years! A small shower with some poor fittings, plug sockets nowhere near the bed and non functioning air conditioning. Luckily the windows opened. I slept okay but I was tired anyway so that was probably half the reason! Place was cheap and clean so if this is what you are after then go for it.

I booked this hotel for six of us headed to the World Junior hockey in Dec/ January. I had so much help from Kamilla in making sure we had what we needed. She was awesome. The hotel was very nice. Our rooms ..we opted for the bigger ones) were roomy, clean and comfortable. The desk staff were helpful and accomodating. The restaurant food was good, the buffet breakfast exactly what was needed and the location was great. An easy tram ride to the arena, or downtown with a stop just steps from the hotel. It was our home for 10 days and we loved every minute of it..thankyou, Kamilla, Radka, Hanna and all the other staff for making the trip great.

Hotel bem bom. Localização ótima, rua movimentada com bares e restaurantes (um pouco barulhenta, mas não chegou a prejudicar o descanso). Café ótimo. Atendimento muito gentil e correto (alteraram quarto para melhor e mais barato). Recomendo!

Stayed for 21 nights, the Location and staff at the hotel were excellent. The internet did not work in my room which in this day and age is a requirement on all trips. The bed was very uncomfortable with 2 small pillows which were very flat. The hotel in general needs an uplift as it is totally outdated

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. Perfect place outside the centre of Ostrava for an overnight stay on a business trip. Travelling by car, there was a car park located in front of the hotel and without charge. The Hotel itself along with the room were very nice and clean. It has a good little restaurant next door but within the same building, perfect for dinner. Bedding and WIFI was great. Bathroom, nicely tiled and appealing. If anything, the rooms were a little warm but it should be noted that I did not make an attempt to adjust this. And to cap off the stay, Breakfast was superb. Having stayed at other establishments in Ostrava, I can safely say, for my value of my corporate allowance, I will definitely be returning.
