Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. Their breakfast spread that in addition of regular items included a variety of smoked fish, smoothies, honeycomb (that I really enjoyed), breads etc. In addition there was a whole setup for children to enjoy various breakfast goodies. The facility is located on the lake, not easily accessible by foot.

Na plus duże przestronne pokoje, dobre śniadania i obiadokolacje. Na minus dzielenie gości na lepszych i gorszych, Ci co kupili pobt bezpośrednio w hotelu dostęp do strefy basenowej mają nieograniczony, Ci co kupili pobyt przez Travelist tylko raz dziennie przez 3godz. Brak wydzielonej strefy jadalnianej dla dorosłych.

Nie polecam oszczędzają na wszystkim wejście na basen raz dziennie , plac zabaw nudny o 20 godzinie wypraszają dzieci . W Aquaparku codziennie coś innego jest nieczynne, jedzenie przeciętne trzeba czekać długo żeby zostało uzupełnione. Stracony czas i pieniądze za tą samą kwotę w Grand Lubiczu wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik.

Hotel odwiedziliśmy w 2023 roku, wielkie wrażenie zrobiły na nas wystrój recepcji i żyrandole. Pokój ok, chodź pobite nieposprzątane szkło po wcześniejszych gościach bardzo źle świadczy o hotelu. Jedzenie smaczne. Atrakcje wybitne, sala zabaw dla dzieci bardzo duża, basen z wieloma atrakcjami, pokój multimedialny - super. Wygodne duże przestronne pokoje, z dodatkową kanapą - dostawką i super fotelem. Miła obsługa, smaczne jedzenie i pyszne smoothie. Byliśmy w okresie kiedy w hotelu było bardzo mało gości, więc nie było tłoku w aquaparku, super mokra sauna i spore zjeżdżalnie. Trochę zbyt głeboko umieszczone siedzisko w basenie w strefie ciszy oraz trochę zbyt mocna jedna z dysz do masażu, dzień po czułem się jakby mnie ktoś obił kijem. Sala fitness i nieduża siłownia z jednym atlasem, skośną ławeczką, wiosłami, bieżniami itp.

Byliśmy z żoną na święta.Wystrój hotelu- Ikea.Pokój z widokiem na jezioro dość obszerny.Łazienka duża,brak wszystkich przyborów 5*.Szlafroki albo malutkie albo olbrzymie W pokoju dzbanek do wody,expresu do kawy brak .Światło w pokoju dziwnie się zapala i gasi.Brak mini baru.Jedzenie w pakiecie świątecznym dość monotonne i mało urozmaicone.Wędliny wyglądają jakby były rozmrażane ,najwięcej jest dodatków typu oliwki,kapary itp.Jedzenie w podgrzewaczach nie jest podgrzewane ,na święta nie podano nawet bigosu.Były parówki,kiełbaski,jajecznica itp. Czy to jest świąteczne śniadanie? Pytałem przed rezerwacją co będziemy jeść po śniadaniu świątecznym do wieczora powiedziano mi że bę dzie bufet od 13 do 20.okazało się że jak zjemy lunch o 13 to już nie wejdziemy do jadalni.Tylko do płatnej restauracji Fajnie za 1000zł dziennie no nie?Ryby na jadalni wracały codziennie.Jedynie na Wigilię były smaczne pierogi, barszcz itp.potrawy.Ciasta mało smaczne ,wysuszone.Otoczenie hotelu czyste,duży parking niestety płatny.Spa b.dobre,polecam strefę wypoczynkową.Personel b.miły i pomocny.Byłem już w wielu hotelach na całym świecie ale twierdzenie że ten hotel jest w standardzie 5* to jest duże nieporozumienie .Daliśmy się nabrać reklamie.Nie polecam tego hotelu

It is a brand new place, with amazing views of the lake, great facilities that are second to none. Still few things that needs to be chiselled, but overall definitely a place to recommend for families, couples and solo travellers. The swimming pool area, together with their SPA are a big credit.

Not a lot to do in Ostroda in the winter, but the Radisson Blu Resort is quite nice and still very new. We booked a Lake View room which indeed had a nice view of the lake. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. A night light would improve the bathroom, but other than that no complaints. The pool complex is huge and very well equipped. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was perfectly fine, and the service was very good. Even though there was only one waitress for most of the evening she did an amazing job of providing very good service.

The hotel is amazing in every respect. I recommend it with a pure heart ❤️ Great food and a large selection. Professional, nice and helpful service. We are very pleased with the facilitis, the children are delighted with the swimming pools. We will definitely come back.
