"This was my 4th stay at the resort so I can compare! Prices went dramatically up, especially at the restaurants and the spa! Everything is charged extra. Chicken soup costs 60 PLN! The staff at the extender pricy Romantyczna restaurant does not even speak English. An Incredible mess with the appointments at spas/activities and the bills (!). At two occasions we had to ask the staff to re-calculate the bill and no apology was provided until we got upset. It’s a pity as as the facilities and the area are really beautiful. We had a nice family vacation, so the place has a great potential, but something went just so wrong.."
