Die Umgebung: Heringsdorf war schön, die Luft,das Meer, die Spaziergänge, welche wir unternommen haben,das Essen/Frühstück inklusive und die netten Servicemitarbeiter. Das Hotel leider nicht so. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Speisesaal im ”Keller”. Man sieht nichts vom Meer und der Umgebung, weil keine Fenster. Uns wurde suggeriert, dass wir ein renoviertes Zimmer gebucht haben,mit Meerblick. Vom Balkon aus sahen wir zwar das Meer, aber hinter Sichtschutzen,mit Blick aufs Parkhaus - denn unter uns fuhren Autos, die Abgase strömten bis zu uns hoch. Abgesehen davon,dass wir kein Parkplatz im Parkhaus erhalten haben, denn mit einem winzigen Mausklicken sagte man uns,es wäre kein Parkplatz frei. Bei der Begrüßung war ein junger Mitarbeiter da, hat uns , nach 6,5h Fahrt, sehr nett empfangen, aber wir wussten nicht wanns Frühstück gab, was man noch mit der Kurkarte alles machen kann, wo der besondere Wintergarten ist,mit dem man im social Media geworben hat u.u.u. Zum Zimmer: Das Bad, was auch seine besten Tage hinter sich hat (Dusche und WC ), die Vorhänge im Zimmer, die nicht mit einem Stopper versehen waren und somit im Dunkeln du die Vorhänge versehentlich rausgezogen hast, und dann noch ein fremdes Haar im Bett und auf dem Boden gefunden, die Betten haben wir gemacht, wenigstens die Decken zusammen gelegt - aber akkurat und mal die Laken glattgestrichen - Fehlanzeige (4 Sterne....) etc. Wir sprachen es am nächsten Tag an, ob's denn ein Kontingent gibt, weil wir über ”Booking” gebucht hatten. Man versicherte uns, dass es keine bestimmten Zimmer gibt, weil man über einer Plattform gebucht habe. Auf Nachfrage , ob's denn ein anderes Zimmer gäbe, sagte man uns ”kein Zimmer frei”. Man musste eine andere Lösung her -z.b. mit dem Preis etwas entgegen zu kommen ( wohlgemerkt 625 Euro für 3 (!) Nächte) . Man sagte uns, da wird man keine großen Hoffnungen machen können. Buffet: Hat geschmeckt. Hier und da waren mal Schilder,was es zu essen gibt, aber nicht durchgängig (Welches Brot/Brötchen, welche Cornflakes-/Müslisorten..?!), keine Schüsseln für Frischkäse und Salate. Spar-Bereich: Wir freuten uns auf ein paar Tage Spa und Massagen. Fehlanzeige. WENN man mal jemanden am hinteren Tresen erreicht hat (in den 4 Tagen 1x),weil der Therapeut mal nicht in der Behandlung war, dann standen da schon weitere Hotelgäste. Und ”große Poollandschaft”.... Haha. Da sind Gäste mit Koffer, mit Jacken, mit Hunden und Kindern vorbei gelaufen, weil das der Zugang war zum Fahrstuhl. Da kann man sich weiß Gott nicht entspannen. Fotos folgen. Schon alleine der Geruch früh morgens,wenn man zum Frühstück wollte, nach Chlor... Alles in allem sehr unschön gelöst. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und waren vorzugsweise draußen. Schade,aber nicht zu ändern.

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings. I can confirm that even the single rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and of a reasonable size. Queensize beds. It´s a ten minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, and another ten minutes distance from the hotel to the beach. Thus, the hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but within walking distance of everything. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of foods, we did have dinner at the hotel. The downstairs bar and the wellnes area are a little cramped. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, and at a reasonable price, I can recommend.
