The Wi-Fi initially wouldn't let me log in with my last name; they changed it to something else, I'm not sure what. Maybe because I checked in late, there was hardly any welcome or guidance, and the signs weren't clear, so I got lost a few times. The facilities were decent, though a bit old for a hotel that opened in 2017. The view was nice, but the outside of the window was quite dirty. Big thanks to the housekeeping auntie for bringing us buckwheat pillows late at night!

The environment was very clean and hygienic. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, its layout was very efficient. The soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep, the air conditioning cooled the room quickly, and the Wi-Fi signal was consistently stable. The only minor drawback was some noise from the street-facing room, though this improved significantly once the windows were closed. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out processes were swift. She even proactively recommended some fantastic local restaurants nearby. Room service was also prompt and responsive.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The off-season price was excellent, and the hotel's location is also very good. Before check-in, Ms. Rayna had already contacted me to ask about my room preferences. Since we arrived quite late, she even specially prepared beef noodles for us. During our stay, she also checked if we had any other requests and promptly resolved them after we provided feedback. This trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed for one day. Next time I come to Yantai, I will definitely prioritize staying at the Hilton again! Regarding the hotel facilities: Since it opened quite a while ago, the facilities are generally a bit old. There was some brown limescale on the handheld showerhead, the suite door lock had an issue and couldn't be locked, and there were some small impurities in the bathtub (perhaps due to the water?). However, these minor issues didn't really bother me. Both the hotel breakfast and the executive lounge offered a comprehensive selection. A small portion of the pastries had been out for too long and were a bit dry (not very fresh), but everything else was very good.

The room features a new Chinese design, clean and airy, with smart bathroom amenities, whole-house underfloor heating, and comfortable bedding. It perfectly blends modern comfort with traditional charm, making it a worry-free stay, especially with kids. The front desk staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, from check-in guidance to explaining scenic spots and recommending local cuisine. Their attentive service throughout truly embodies the hospitality spirit of 'Having friends come from afar, is it not a joy?' The hotel is within walking distance of the core scenic area of the Three Confucius sites, saving the hassle of parking and commuting. Exploring the Confucius Temple and Mansion during the day and returning to the hotel's peaceful courtyard in the evening made for a relaxed yet fulfilling itinerary. The hotel also offers unique services like Hanfu experiences and intangible cultural heritage study tours, providing an immersive taste of Confucian culture. Both the facilities and the soft services far exceeded my expectations. If you're visiting Qufu, this is definitely the place to stay!

The odor was so severe that there were no doors to the bedroom or bathroom. I can only sleep with the smell. Second, I booked a room with a panoramic king bed, but the glass was covered with mud spots. , which greatly affects the view of the sea. Third, the entire hotel is in a semi-finished state. The bar downstairs is still being renovated, and the sound of electric drills can be heard from time to time. Fourth, the rights and interests prompt that you can upgrade the room type for free, but the front desk tells you that the upgrade is not possible, and you have already booked the highest room type. I checked and found that there are actually more than 2,000 rooms left. If you don’t want to upgrade, just tell me. Fifth, the hygiene is worrying, the sofa cushions are dirty and the sink is dirty. Sixth, the decorators piled the corridors with building materials, which looked very vivid. I understand, it's decoration, but talking on the phone loudly in the corridor really affects your rest. I really can't stand this. That's all. Finally, I suggest everyone to check in to the castle, order a cup of coffee, sit here and take photos. The 1,500 yuan to stay in the hotel is just a waste.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can have fun right outside the door, and it's just a short walk to the sea. You can even see the sea from the elevator. The room was comfortable, and it even snowed that day, so we got to play in the snow right outside for ages. The geographical location is superb, and we had a very comfortable stay. The location is just to the left of picture five. Honestly, the location is the best part! It's fantastic!

Hotel location is very good, the room is good, very close to the ancient city of Taierzhuang. The hotel's beautiful waiter is also very enthusiastic, giving travel advice, and also introduced the program arrangement of the ancient city in detail. When I left, I also sent Shandong special pancakes.

Cleanliness: Honestly, one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was so good, I didn't even need to use my disposable bedding. Environment: The environment is great. It's a bit further from the city center and hiking spots, about a 10-yuan taxi ride. If proximity isn't your top priority, this place is perfect – super quiet at night, no noise at all. Service: The service was impeccable. They upgraded us to a mountain-view room for free because our original room wasn't ready. They also provided free hiking poles and lucky bags. When we checked out, they even gave us four Taishan stone guardians as gifts. The front desk lady was gentle and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tai'an. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

It was second time for me visiting this hotel this year All the staffs have been always nice and kind. Specially thanks to staff named Karmrn(i might be wrong sorry), who is from Cantonese. Because of not only her English ability but also her warmth, and kindness, I had stayed and enjoyed Huangdao.
